A great selection of meals for breakfast, it was good hot and bountiful. Fantastic very central location so close to the city centre of Madrid, several restaurants, and centro where all the main tourist attractions are.

It was updated, beautifully designed and with ample space. The location was magnificent and wonderful - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly, exceptionally attentive, and responded promptly to requests.

It had very central location close to Museo Lazaro Galdiano. The staff was well-trained and delightfully helpful, always on hand when needed. The room was brand-new, good-sized and complete with spacious bathrooms, bath tub plus comfortable bed.

The room was well-equipped with a nice marble bathroom and the hotel had elegant atmosphere. A minibar, central heating, and an iron were a nice touch. Set near a tube station, it was great for travelling.

Its location was marvellous and lovely, to cool down after sight seeing. Plus, it was so close to centro where all the main tourist attractions are, all the shops and restaurants and the fancy brands and Barcelo Emperatriz for 3 nights for business.

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun and met very obliging and kind staff with a persistent member of staff over this. Very central location was a plus.

Wi-Fi was quite slow also the bed of mine was very bad.

The room was huge and immaculate had a delightful decor. Its location not too far from El Corte Ingles Goya was marvellous.

The room was new-fashioned & updated together with a nice marble bathroom. The service was exceptional during my stay. Parking was nearby and I paid extra gbp 30 per day to park the car. Its location in Madrid was great and lovely, not far from the Monument.

We were so close to some popular places like royal palace of madrid. 800 feet away there is Goiko Grill. Usera neighborhood is worth seeing
