Overall it was good standard, with a functional bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect, a couple of blocks away from old town. Affordable restaurant provided local dishes.

The staff were excellent, attentive, would definitely go back. The location was marvellous and brilliant in a shopping area, just off central Madrid and clubs.

It was about 25 km from the airport. Everybody was kind and the room was bright. I ate at a great restaurant with nice food.

Everything met expectations, I would definitely go again. Thank you all for an excellent stay on a business trip. All the staff was fairly friendly, tackled my issues. Got modern and functional single room with good beds & big bath towels when arrived, really enjoyed that. I had central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room. The hotel was located 200 metres from the bus stop.

Exceptional hotel, it has quiet atmosphere, and the location is comfortable to all the historical attractions here. The staff are helpful enough and attentive, giving their best to make the stay a perfectly pleasant experience. The guest room is new-fashioned with good beds and TV.

Nothing to complain about, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was good value. Very good service, although a few employees were not so helpful. Ideal location and flexible and efficient staff were a definite plus.

The rooms are fairly quiet and bright and the bathrooms are nice. Have to say I truly enjoyed exceptionally nice breakfast.

We ate in the affordable restaurant with nice food which was reasonably priced. The service was very good, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed. Didn't expect to get concierge service for nothing, you guys rock. The location was unbeatable, the room was newly decorated.

Peaceful, ideal location short walk to Gran Via and subway station "callao " and "gran via ". Great bed in the king room, plus air conditioner, a personal safe, and an electronic key card.

It was clean, everyone was helpful enough. I was here for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant with nice food. The location in the adjoining patisserie was best possible and comfortable.

It has marvellous and brilliant location close to Calle de Preciados.

The location was INCREDIBLE, a 10-15 minute walk from a huge plaza. There were a shopping mall and a main shopping street around the hotel.

The units were nicely decorated on level 1. The hotel offers plenty of food that was good! The location is best possible and comfortable, just a short walk away from an urban park.

What a very pleasant stay, nothing to complain about. Flexible staff and exceptional accommodation. Recently renovated room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Very very good building, perfect location so close to El Corte Ingles-departmental store, all the old historic buildings and gardens and the stylish shops. Also, right on the main shopping street of bustling Madrid.

I really enjoyed sleeping 4 nights in this hotel. Pleasant staff and incredibly nice breakfast with Spanish foods that lived up to my expectations. Got the same king room booked online with 1 king size bed, free WIFI connection, for example.

One of the dining options, chocolateria san gines, was 5 mins walk away. Recommended base for trip in Madrid. Nothing bothered me with the hotel. I liked the fact that I chose avenida gran via.

600 metres away there is Museo del Jamon, where you can dine. All in all good value for price.
