The rooms were great-sized with double beds and the beds were extremely comfy. The hotel was located in the centre of Madrid. You could walk to a shopping area and a market.

A simple property, clean, magnificent location in an excellent position. Efficient, amiable staff towards all guests. Central heating, an iron, and a work desk available in the triple room. Spotless bathroom and a bath with good sewerage.

The location was marvellous and stunning, very near city centre with easy access to a supermarket and shops. Great breakfast served at the dining room.

Their staff were very unfriendly.

The property was clean with exceptionally nice stuff. The room was wonderful and newly decorated, included with double beds, a balcony, as example. A shampoo and a soap where very handy. The location was marvellous and amazing there, right in the center of Madrid. We loved sleeping 4 nights in this hotel.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Our good sized room was complete with a balcony as well as muslim showers. Set close to a tube station, which helped to explore Madrid.

The whole place was clean and the staff were welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian cuisine served in the attached restaurant.

Newly renovated and neat rooms. Perfect and magnificent location with a tube station based close to the venue. Lots of restaurants and bars, and great restaurants to eat outside.

The triple room was equipped with basic facilities, including central heating, an iron, and a work desk. The bed was very comfy, a bath worked well. The location of the hotel was magnificent - just a short stroll away from a huge plaza.

Absolutely great hotel, the facilities were very good. Wonderful room, neat on higher floors. Breakfast with great coffee. Marvellous and amazing location to a grand boulevard. 25 km from the airport. Decent base for exploring Madrid.

We think its a lovely base for staying in Madrid. Great position : 10 minutes' walk to the metro. Lovely restaurant on site. We appreciated our time here.

breakfast was free and the team was excellent. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like mercado de san miguel that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

Plaza de espana was just 1 mile away. Really great location. We would have stayed for longer.
