The location was central, perfect close to the bus terminal where you take a shuttle to the airport. I was given fine and huge room with big TV and a fold out couch. The staff was really kind and around most of the time.

Their staff were very unhelpful.

Everything was well-maintained, the parking was on-site, the room was huge. The location was central, just next door to local restaurants and bakeries, taking 3 metros that pass there, and train station. Fantastic dishes served at the authentic restaurant.

Brilliant hotel, facilities were great and the staff were amicable. It was in a particularly GOOD and handy location just next door to Francisco Silvela Street. The venue was set in a safe area.

Good location for our city trip. Proximity to a subway station helped to explore Madrid. 300 feet away from the hotel there is rincon del sur taperia, which is a GOOD dining choice.
