Staff are very pleasant and don't miss their shuttle to the airport. It offers great service.

The location was central, perfect close to the bus terminal where you take a shuttle to the airport. I was given fine and huge room with big TV and a fold out couch. The staff was really kind and around most of the time.

Marvellous setting, near the supermarket, Diego de Leon metro and local restaurants and bars. Also, right in the center of everything. The authentic restaurant on the premises.

The studio suite was big size with spare blankets, good' Metro' access, as for instance...

Brilliant hotel, facilities were great and the staff were amicable. It was in a particularly GOOD and handy location just next door to Francisco Silvela Street. The venue was set in a safe area.

Good location for our city trip. Proximity to a subway station helped to explore Madrid. 300 feet away from the hotel there is rincon del sur taperia, which is a GOOD dining choice.
