We had double room like in pictures. We had a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and kitchenware in the room. Perfect and magnificent location to the airport by Bus # 200 from Av, liked it.

Had a really great stay especially for a business trip. We got a room with a bath. A microwave and many plates were available in kitchen. The location was marvellous, in a quiet area near the underground, in the business area. Also, Museo de Cera de Madrid was 2 km away.

The hotel's position was particularly good and great, to the US embassy. Moreover, it's not far from embassies, cafes and supermarkets as well as metro and a quiet area.

Got double room with a bed when arrived, appreciated that. A microwave oven, a refrigerator, and kitchenware worked well. The location of the hotel was central, near to Retiro Park as well as restaurants and stores. Salamanca district was worth staying in.

Well, it was a REALLY ENJOYABLE stay especially for a business trip. The staff was genuinely helpful can provide additional tips.
Some of the staff were absolutely rude.

Our stay here was enjoyable, great place for exploring Madrid. Our double room was equipped with a safe box, a sofa bed and central heating. The staff that we encountered were efficient. The location was optimal, within easy walking distance of Hand:)))
