This hotel had a very central position to most major attractions. The room was spotless with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. In general the staff were helpful and very very nice.

It had bad views.

Tidy unit with washing machine, fridge plus a double bed. Appetising meals. The family feel of the place and very central location.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met standards, can't recommend highly enough it. I went to a great restaurant and loved the local dishes.

Helpful and decent staff here from the next shift. The single room is functional and has central heating, an electronic key card, and multi-channel TV. The beds are comfortable.

No reason to complain, it was dope! By and large, it was fabulous base for sightseeing in Madrid, had much fun and met very-very nice staff from the next shift.

Had very very good stay in the next road to the Museo Arqueologico Nacional which is well worth a visit, the staff were very friendly, location was decent on the national library.

Facilities were very good, though Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The hotel had a very central setting in the direct neighbourhood. I had single room that also was complete with microwave, washing machine, for instance.

Our rooms were reasonably spacious and newly renovated, with 2 single beds. A living room, a kitchen area, and a phone worked well.

The units are brand-new, functional with excellent shower as well as microwave.

Tidy, silent room with all the necessary amenities, family atmosphere. Delicious variety at breakfast. Marvellous location - around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Church Street.

Liked my good stay in the next road to the Museo Arqueologico Nacional which is well worth a visit. The location was marvellous in a beautiful area, so close to the Metro from the Colon stop and Apart-Hotel Serrano Recoletos.

The location was particularly good, to all the major attractions and the interior design was modern.

Tidy and the staff was responsive and decent. The room was recently refurbished and reasonably large with all the necessary amenities and coffee machine, liked our time there. The food was delicious and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. This hotel met every demand in every way, can't recommend highly enough.

Liked our stay here and would recomand. The place was fairly clean and fine, it had friendly and helpful staff from the next shift. It was in a very central setting in central Madrid.

Will be back, do recommend it to others. All the staff members are polite and understanding. The hotel offers great and amazing location short walk to 10 minutes to the shopping district and close to many nice restaurants as well as central and metro. Also, a cibeles palace is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Had good sleep at the queen room with dishwasher, a phone, as for instance. The hotel was really close to shopping area and business area, train station, and all the major attractions thanks to its best possible and top location.

It was tidy, staff was helpful and decent. The breakfast was satisfactory, with plenty of food options. The hotel was in a very central setting in a nice neighbourhood.

I got a nice size room with the key card. The breakfast was good for a hotel of this rating with fresh coffee, ham plus cheese. The location was peaceful to shops in Salamanca.

I appreciated satisfactory breakfast and appetising food selection. Its location was great and fantastic, to 5 blocks from El Prado museum. Besides, it was close enough to the train stop from the airport, a bus-stop and the local metro lines.

The rooms were big and silent and had a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. It had nice views and a modern decor. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Madrid.

The hotel of choice in Madrid. Fine, tidy place with unbelievable views. Very impressed with guest room and competent staff from the next shift. A good choice of supplies in the room: a safe box, central heating and an electronic key card. Peaceful and TOP location - close to a tube station. Again, not far from an archaeological museum.

Particularly good location, 10 minutes' walk to a vast 19th-century park.

Quiet place, it has friendly staff from the next shift. The atmosphere of the hotel is family! The location it offers is magnificent, adjacent to Near station as well as the train stop from the airport. A superb bar does the trick.

The bathrooms are quite small.

Marvellous location to a vast pedestrianized public square. Adjacent to museums and the upmarket shopping area of Salamanca, and all tourist attraction, bus and metro station.

The location was amazing, just close to Plaza de Colon. It was spotless, fashionable and with 2 single beds.

Truly enjoyed how quiet the property was and its decent staff from the next shift. The location was marvellous and magnificent, really close to Near station, Puerta de Alcala, Cibeles and Retiro and very good restaurants/bars. It also was near retiro park.

The bed was very narrow here.

thank you for a nice stay. this great budget hotel offers lots of neat and silent rooms. the staff is decent and understanding, makes sure that the place is clean. it offers good service. in fact, there is good internet. the location is unbeatable, 5 minutes' walk to do design. the restaurant serves appetising local food.

Views are very very bad.

The location was unbeatable and incredible, for example, Cibeles Fountain was not too far from the hotel. And it was also close enough to Retiro Park, Madrid, and public transport. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

The breakfast was n't included.

Best possible location, not too far from an archaeological museum. Great restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

It was clean and the staff were decent, beds were comfortable. It had central location close to Biblioteca Nacional. This hotel was located in a shopping area. Distance to the airport was just 25 km. No complaint, I loved my stay.

Its breakfast should be included.

Wonderful setting near to a bus stop. Mama Chico, which can be found only 400 ft away, was a fast option. We enjoyed location and staff and everything supplied for our vacation...

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

one could dine at restaurants such as pelotari 5 minutes away. a fabulous base for exploring madrid.
