Stunning location close to different metro lines, it's central.

Its location not very far from Preciados Street was great. Big size and functional room with balcony, spent our time lovely.

The location of the hotel was great and incredible - just a short stroll away from a cibeles palace. My room was spotless and recently refurbished with terrace, and had wake-up service and room service.

The personnel was excellent and friendly bilingual. It was in an excellent location with a huge plaza nearby.

Its rooms are impeccably clean with balcony and a nice bathroom as advertised. The location of the venue is great and magnificent, near Gran Via and the Red Light area, the palace and Plaza del Sol and numerous restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as lots of late-night grocers/general stores. Overall appetising food, plus there is Mercado de la Reina close by.

Helpful and efficient staff, free wake up service and ironing. Close to an underground station and centre of Madrid in 5 minutes on foot.

It was in a marvellous and excellent location with a grand boulevard nearby. And we were close enough to numerous bars and restaurants, '' pizza al taglio '' open 24h/day and the centre.

Amazing location, 15 minutes' walk to a huge plaza. Set so close to city centre, Gran Via and the Red Light area and Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor in the tourist area.

I really enjoyed to be here, everything was good. The staff was superfriendly and excellent all the time. The location was great and fantastic for walking around a famed street. A shopping street and a market were right next door. There was plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The breakfast was good, a lot of food. The location was good - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Guest room with breakfast included, had basic facilities we needed. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from a huge plaza.

Well, Wi-Fi was slow.

The hotel's position was great and incredible, close to the center of the tourist area. I often went to Takos al Pastor to pick up some food.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the palace, Sol and Grand Via and Madrid...

The staff was gentle, the accommodation was perfect and clean. Booked a room with terrace. The marvellous and stunning location was quite a walk from a vast pedestrianized public square. We greatly enjoyed the vegetarian cuisine in the restaurant.

Had a good stay on the first night of our 3 night stay. The location was peaceful, within walking distance of a State - owned art museum. Moreover, it was close to Gran Via, the underground, and Madrid.

Fairly clean quirky hotel, air conditioned rooms. Excellent services. By the way, parking fee - gbp 26 per day. My favourite property in Madrid.
