I had welcoming and neat room with very clean common toilet, a shower, for instance. The location was central and walk from a museum and a palace. It had NICE restaurant.

The hotel had a central position just next door to Madrid, Letras, near the Prado, the art museums and also extended shopping areas. We had lunch in Museo del Jamon, located nearby.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Pleasant restaurant, nicely furnished and neat room with shower, a hairdryer, as for instance. Unbeatable and nice location for our visit to Prado National Museum relatively close to the hotel. Walk from a museum and a palace, very easy to get to.

Incredible base for exploring Madrid. Fairly clean place accompanied by flexible and affable staff. Unbeatable location in Centro district close to extended shopping areas, the centre near Plaza Puerto del Sol, and shops. Also, right in the center of Madrid. Welcoming, spotless unit with candy etc, cleaned shower, for example.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was free. The staff were all especially helpful and polite. Comforts of guest room were fabulous - a private safe, central heating, and a work desk. The location couldn't be more absolutely perfect and peaceful right in the centre of Madrid. Cafe La Mucca de Prado located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Loved it, I did not want to leave there and I would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The venue's position was very central. I took a guest room with a hairdryer and daily changed towels plus candy etc.

i had a really nice experience here, everything was perfect, the location was magnificent close to the centre near plaza puerto del sol, puerta del sol and sightseeing, bars, restaurants. the room was well-equipped & neat with shower. appreciated it and would have extended the stay.
