The hotel had more than adequate and attentive staff members. Had really really nice experience, the room I stayed in was fairly quiet and super with the sunset at the rooftop bar, big terrace and champagne. I loved milk, bread, muesli, pastries, and eggs served for breakfast.

Our room was quiet and had a pleasant view of city. The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a vast pedestrianized public square.

Stayed here with my sister and everything was great. The room was fairly quiet, with contemporary decor and a safe, a mini bar, and an iron for my comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff was attentive. Greatly enjoyed the location near beautiful shops. I stayed for 3 nights here, loved Centro district. Was a chilled-out base for trip.

The staff is very very helpful, excellent. The ambiance is quiet.

What an intimate place! A good choice of delicious options for meal. Great pool, optimal location near beautiful shops. Close enough to a business center to have meetings and calls with the work team or clients, Callao metro station and Gran Via.

They gave us wheelchair accessible room with big terrace, champagne for free, for example and that was essential. The staff were more than adequate and service-oriented in case of questions. Its location was perfect, near the plaza where people gathered around.

I had an extremely spacious room with a modern decor. The location was optimal and incredibly comfortable, only 5 minutes walk to a huge plaza.

The location was optimal, around 10-15 minutes walk from Main Square. The breakfast was good with a lot of products.

Pleasant place & absolutely fabulous room that was incredibly comfortable. The staff members were cool and kind. The breakfast looked satisfactory with a huge variety of options. It had great and awesome location very close to via street and Callao metro station, and the center of gran via street and Callao metro station. Had nice dainties at Cafe Varela, located really close to the hotel.

The hotel had a good location just close to Plaza de Callao. It took about 10 to walk to the tube. Absolutely fabulous room with terrace was enjoyable.
