The room we booked was impeccably clean with double bed, refrigerator, for instance, overall the experience was very enjoyable.

Had absolutely amazing stay at a business trip. Greatly enjoyed the room, it was big size and fancy with a decent 'rainfall' style shower.

The hotel location was great and unbeatable to from the airport on Cercanias trains to Sol. The staff was super-friendly, exceptionally nice all the time.

In a very central location with restaurants and canteens close to the hotel. Had superior double room with nice decor, balcony plus the bedroom. Incredible, pleasant staff towards all guests.

Stayed in a perfect little and well-appointed room with a spacious bathroom. Perfect location including a tube station near the place.

Very big bed, reasonably large room with a view of courtyard. Magnificent and absolutely perfect brand-new hotel location not far from the cafe around the corner, and very active Puerta del Sol.

Tbh, had a perfect 10/10 stay at a business trip. The restaurant was small with whom the breakfast is offered, I tried delicious dishes. I greatly enjoyed a comfortable style.

This place was charming small, with newly remodelled rooms, friendly efficient staff. The restaurant was pretty for the breakfast, I tried appetising dishes. There was an Irish bar.

There was parking lot missing.

Overall savoury breakfast with toast and ' robust' coffee, as for instance and VERY GOOD service. Magnificent location, just a short stroll away from a room palace. Enjoyed relatively quiet area.

We had the most wonderful few days there. It was in the very central location in proximity to many attractions. Had warm drinks in the Irish bar in the evening.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

The location was brilliant and handy, within walking distance of Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. The room was great size and with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Perfectly clean and reasonably large venue with nice views. Air-conditioned room and ample bathroom, satisfactory breakfast. Early check in and late check out. Not to mention free wifi! Elegant atmosphere and Irish bar. Real good experience there.

I liked staying here. The staff I met were cooperative. The location was handy, just a short stroll away from Caixaforum Madrid. The breakfast food was amazing!

A standard queen room with good shower has basic facilities you need. The location is incredible and brilliant, not too far from a cibeles palace.

The room was new-fashioned and airy, had an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Comfortable beds, the staff were pleasant and caring. I was offered a savoury breakfast on the spot.

Very central location of the hotel. Would love to come back here some time, the property met all required needs;))
