In overall, the place is gorgeous, has pleasant staff at the reception desk. This hotel has marvellous and lovely location opposite Principe Pio shopping center.

Great and incredible location opposite a subway station.

Nice modern and well-appointed units with modern decor, a good bed, for example, and the staff were efficient. The decor here was exclusive.

The location turned out to be marvellous and fantastic, so close to the 'opera' tube station, a metro and bus station and everything, shopping, trains. The bedroom was beautifully designed and new-fashioned. All of the staff were consistently courteous, incredibly nice.

The units were huge and the staff were efficient and knowledgeable people with excellent service.

Pretty standard place with extremely friendly employees at the reception desk. Great bed & stunning position so close to the train stations and the metro stations, and restaurants along the walk. Again, not far from The Queen's Club.

The staff is patient here, the services are excellent, and location is reasonable close to the main attraction points and transportation, and a large shopping mall, train station, subway, great restaurants with terraces on the street.

Top quality and spotlessly clean accommodation with fantastic location near to Sabatini gardens, nearby park or on the Principe Pio station and Principal pio train station.

The breakfast is incredible with a fabulous coffee machine, had fab food. The units are recently renovated, neat.

Overall it was beautifully designed, with an own bathroom. The hotel had a great and lovely location convenient to the Casa de Campo convention centre.

Staying here for a short break was really really nice, totally recommendable. Everything was very good, great service, absolutely perfect location so close to several bars and restaurants, the metro/busses/trains, and Extremely close to transportation. I had functional double room with the bathroom, enough space & strong shower, for instance. The hotel staff were mostly very friendly.

I had a really nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was marvellous near a beautiful park, many cafes, a major hub for the subway is right across the street as well as a metro station and Principe Pio mall. The staff were both amiable and excellent. It was decent size and functional with a balcony, good enough for a short break. I truly enjoyed 3 nights in this property.

I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast or dinner.

Stylish place overall, it is clean, location is good and impeccable in front of Principe Pio train station which is one of the principal train station in Madrid. It has mostly very friendly and excellent employees who works there in the night shift. The double room is newly remodelled, we also really enjoyed pleasant views. Great to have a balcony, a safe, and a storage.

The venue was set in the very central position just off a beautiful park, many cafes, a major hub for the subway is right across the street and Museo del Prado, Mercado San Miguel, Cava Baja. It also was in the restaurant for 1 night.

The location is perfect and excellent, it's adjacent to walking distance to most famous spots in Madrid, a large shopping mall and the Principe Pio Metro Station which is an easy way to access the centre of Madrid.

Everything was very good, including absolutely courteous staff and incredible location on the metro at Principe pio. Overall it was well-appointed with balcony. The good service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations. Location: the hotel was right by Puerto del Sol. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The place was spotlessly clean and top quality, had knowledgeable staff who works there in the night shift. Had good sleep at the double room with a nice bathroom and coffee pod plus computers.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable and incredible - within walking distance of The Host Dance Hall. The room was new-fashioned and perfect and offered a roll in shower, a hair dryer and free toiletries, so that guests had essentials. The local stuff was accommodating and exceptional.

Enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay for 4 nights. Double room accommodated us perfectly. It had very central location close to Principe Pio Train. You could walk to supermarkets and commercial centres.

Got the same double room booked online, appreciated that. There were central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk, which was great.

The staff was competent and kind, appreciated this place. The room was new-fashioned and having an individual safe, air conditioner and an electronic key card in it was handy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a roll-in shower worked well👌👍

A GREAT hotel with a huge variety of air-conditioned rooms to relax in. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

Terrace was perfect for a breakfast. Stay there and enjoy your Madrid city trip. We had a balcony.
