Had really really nice stay for a night prior to flying out. I booked twin room with large windows, the airco, as example.

Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi was quite slow.

I had a great experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent very close to the Atocha train station, the Prado museum and other important atractions, and sights in the City.

Location: the hotel was really close to the major train station, and easy walk of most of main tourist attractions. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Arganzuela district. The staff is excellent, the breakfast exceptional, the location is unbeatable right by restaurants and franchise, the huge garden in the station and Madrid Atocha railway station. Standard queen room is recently refurbished, has a spacious bathroom. It is equipped with a spa bath, which is a bonus. The customer service is excellent, they offer shuttle from the airport. Moreover, there is a parking nearby. Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay.

We loved having a Jacuzzi bath. The location was perfect and best possible, a 10-15 minute walk from Caixaforum Madrid. A gallery and a palace where walk from the venue.

there's a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, like taberna el sur, set within 10 minutes walk or so. also, it had parking nearby.

This hotel was ideal base for exploring Madrid, enjoyed it. Room was big for us. Breakfast costs 17 EUR per person per day, worth paying for. Free Wi-Fi worked.

We appreciated the fact that we chose ac hotel carlton madrid. We will be back, no complaints. Lovely place for a vacation in Madrid! La Loca Lagarejos is just a walk down to the property;))
