In love with beautifully decorated rooms with a balcony. The ambience of the hotel is special and the staff is affable and extremely friendly.

Clean, hip new hotel, I really enjoyed top-class and large rooms and efficient staff. The location was magnificent, close to Western Approaches Museum. Also, the area was very pleasant quiet.

Reasonable location, relatively close to an Emigration gallery. Units with quirky see through showers. Paid £ 115.

Truly enjoyed it - the place is nicely appointed and well-organized and suited me fine. Staff is knowledgeable and you can park your car nearby. This is a hotel go-to for Madrid!

Really good stay, as always. Top-class accommodation, easy location to the big museums, comprehensive breakfast. Early check-in, amazingly efficient employees. Very well appointed building, high-class and elegant rooms. Incredible view and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and toiletries in the bathroom.

We had a comfortable 2 nights stay. First-class service, although a few employees were not that friendly.

Shame the bathroom was uncomfortable.

We greatly enjoyed the breakfast with many varieties and cheeses, for instance and found it to be comprehensive and very good.

Whole place was clean with incredible views; perfect location neat to Atocha station. The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated, big bathroom. The bed was nice, the staff were knowledgeable and highly efficient.

It is a modern property located in Arganzuela district not far from Close to the train station and major sightseeing locations like Prado Museum. The staff are very pleasant and exceptional, overall. The breakfast is comprehensive and very very good, available with many varieties, cheeses plus good coffee.

Overall it was well-equipped with a balcony. Central location was a plus. You could walk to a market and shops.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a very pleasant quiet area, near Madrid's hotspots, and the Atocha train station with easy access from-and-to the airport. The property's staff were attentive and helpful all the time. The double room was new-fashioned, included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath robes. The view was incredible and breakfast was substantial.

The property was fairly clean with very pleasant and exceptional staff. Our room was huge and impeccably clean and complete with super comfy beds and coffee machine plus a spotless bathroom. The breakfast was comprehensive and very very good and included. The service was first-class and the food was outstanding.

The food was local with lots of choice! The atmosphere created was special. This hotel was set in a central area close enough to train station, bars, restaurants and major highways as well as 2 fantastic museums, the Reina Sophia and the Prado. It also was in a nice neighborhood.

As for me, the area was not very good.

The location in a very pleasant quiet area was absolutely perfect and easy and there were a market and shops nearby. Got a substantial and comprehensive breakfast included. All the staff was knowledgeable, solved my issues.

The hotel staff was absolutely rude.

Booked it for 1 day and had a very very good experience. Had well decorated and fashionable room £ 119 with showers, full view and twin bed. The location was perfect and easy and the atmosphere was special. There was a modest restaurant not too far away from the hotel. An underground station was minute walk from the place.

The total stay was real GOOD for the one night we were there. The comfortable and ideal location close to a train station was just what we needed. The hotel had an excellent bar and a good restaurant.

the breakfast was comprehensive and very good with a huge variety of food, everybody can choose. great and decent location short walk to the subway system, the main rail station, and the airport with the bus shuttle, bars and restaurants were near the hotel.

Had a very very good stay on vacation, glad I've chosen it. The location was perfect - not far from the Atocha Station that has a direct metro and bus connection to the airport, tapas bars and many restaurants and transport facilities.

The hotel was clean and the location was incredible and reasonable in such a great neighbourhood. Wake-up service, available in my standard king room, was a nice bonus. The bed was comfy and the balcony had fantastic views...

Stayed here for 1 night and did not want to leave there. We loved this brand-new hotel. Close to a train station, the location was strategic and magnificent, in restaurant of a high qulity. It was good to be 1 km away from El Brillante, serving short-orders. In the restaurant they served Spanish cuisine dishes.

Easy walk to the restaurant Al Son de Cuba. Close to the airport, 20 min drive. 4-star hotel in Madrid.

Excellent location, easy to get anywhere. The hotel was just 1 mile from almudena cathedral. 800 feet from the venue you'll find El Principado, you'll definitely enjoy your meal
