We had a superior room, which was bright and spacious. Exceptionally comfortable beds, air conditioning, an iron, and a work desk were a nice touch. The location was great and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from The Cavern Club. The hotel was in a fairly quiet area.

Great and lovely welcoming venue, incredible location just next door to the Parque del Retiro and Paseo del Prado as well as Atocha train station, metro stations, restaurants, supermarkets and Retiro park. Good-sized hotel unit with three single beds. Modern design.

The stay was great. That was lovely welcoming and pleasant hotel set in quiet area, close to the Museo del Prado, the atocha station in Madrid and the retiro and nearby museums and great places to eat. The staff team was welcoming at any time. I had the guest room and it was brand-new.

Everything was great, the wifi was free. The room I had was beautiful and the staff was very welcoming and amicable. Air conditioning and a TV turned out to be good. It was in a central setting somewhere near the train station before travel.

Booked it for 1 day and had an amazing experience. Its location close to restaurants and bars was particularly good. I was surprised at nearby Casa Ruth, they had some goodies, drinks. There were comfy beds and central heating, a work desk, and a multi-channel television inside the room. The staff was amazingly nice and pretty friendly and responsive to requests.

cafe panaria pacifico with quick meals was located 10 minutes walk away. had a shared kitchen which was convenient. this hotel was located 1 mile away from palacio de cristal. we liked this venue's the food and staff.

Kapital is "next door" and you can reach menendez pelayo subway station within 5 minutes walk. We loved the location, which was good. We where 2 miles from puerta del sol.
